Shipping policy

 

Processing and shipping is generally between 2 to 8 business days within the U.S. This period includes the time it takes to prepare your order as well as USPS/UPS shipping it off.

You will have the option to choose between USPS and UPS during checkout.

P.O. Boxes

Orders that are being shipped to a U.S. P.O. Box will only be shipped through USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Also the recipient's P.O. Box cannot be a UPS P.O. Box. UPS P.O. Boxes does not accept packages from USPS.

Undeliverable/Returned Packages

Please ensure the shipping address you use is correct. If your package is sent back to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. If you choose to have the package resent, you will be responsible for covering the reshipment cost. If you no longer want the items you ordered, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method minus the shipping cost as shipping fees are non refundable. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of us reaching out, we will automatically issue you a refund to your original payment method minus the non refundable shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders containing hazmat materials such as alcohol, pressurized cans, perfumes, any flammable item, must ship ground. These items also cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
