We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Exclusions apply. See Below.
Items that can be returned include keychains, self-defense keychains, and pompom keychains if and only if they were not on sale when purchased. Items must be in unworn and unused condition. Returns must be made within 14 days after your item has been delivered.
Items that cannot be returned include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and bath/body products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us with your first and last name as well as your order number at gisellequeensbeauty@gmail.com and we will instruct you on what to do next. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipment fees unless we are at fault.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Before contacting us be sure to take photos/video of the wrong and/or defective item and have them ready to be submitted.
Undeliverable/Returned Packages
Please ensure the shipping address you use is correct. If your package is sent back to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. If you choose to have the package resent, you will be responsible for covering the reshipment cost. If you no longer want the items you ordered, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method minus the shipping cost as shipping fees are non refundable. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of us reaching out, we will automatically issue you a refund to your original payment method minus the non refundable shipping cost.
